About WaterBridge Ventures

WaterBridge Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2017 (Delhi-headquartered per most sources, with a Bengaluru presence also cited), investing from pre-seed to pre-Series A across education, healthcare, SaaS, financial services, and consumer technology. The firm typically leads rounds and prefers to stay away from deals where it can't offer a genuine value-add beyond capital.

Why WaterBridge Ventures?

Explicit "value-add or nothing" investment philosophy — states it avoids deals where it can't genuinely help beyond writing a check, rather than deploying capital passively. Real, disclosed exit track record including Doubtnut's 2023 acquisition. Backed Atlan from early stage through its growth into a $750M-valuation Series C company.
