About Stellaris Venture Partners

Stellaris Venture Partners is a Bengaluru-based, early-stage, sector-agnostic venture capital firm founded in 2016 by former partners of Helion Ventures. The firm typically comes in as the first or second institutional investor and takes a conviction-led, deeply operational approach to supporting founders, aiming for 25-30 new investments per fund over roughly a three-year deployment period.

Why Stellaris Venture Partners?

Founding team spun out of Helion Ventures with an established India VC track record before starting Stellaris. Deliberately small portfolio-per-fund model (25-30 companies) enabling deeper per-company involvement than larger, higher-volume funds. Backed early winners including Mamaearth and Whatfix.
