About Sixth Sense Ventures

Sixth Sense Ventures is India's first domestic, consumer-centric venture capital fund, founded in 2014 by Nikhil Vora, former Managing Director of IDFC Securities. Based in Mumbai, the firm focuses specifically on early-stage "challenger brands" reshaping large Indian consumer categories — retail, healthcare, fintech, and food-agtech — rather than investing broadly across sectors.

Why Sixth Sense Ventures?

Explicitly India's first fund built specifically around consumer-category disruption, not a generalist fund that happens to touch consumer. Founder brings public-markets equity research pedigree (ex-IDFC Securities), an unusual background for an early-stage VC and useful for founders thinking about eventual IPO readiness. Verified fast capital-return track record on Fund I, a concrete signal of real (not just paper) returns.
